Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds are considered for all orders in question after an internal evaluation of the order details, communication history, and delivered work where applicable.

How refund requests are evaluated

  • Order requirements submitted at the time of purchase and any confirmed updates.
  • Delivery status, timelines, and whether key requirements were met.
  • Revision history and whether revision requests matched original instructions.
  • Any technical issues, communication issues, or account related constraints.
  • Evidence provided by the customer, including files and screenshots where relevant.

Possible outcomes

  • Full refund may be issued when the Service cannot be provided as agreed after evaluation.
  • Partial refund may be issued when part of the Service was delivered but material issues remain after evaluation.
  • No refund may apply when the delivered work meets the confirmed instructions and the issue falls outside the Service scope.

How to request a refund

Email support@essayspros.com with your order ID, the reason for the request, and any supporting evidence. We will confirm receipt and begin evaluation.

If payment was made through a third party payment provider, refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
